Delivery Information
Shipping
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $15 AUD applies. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $25 AUD and delivers within 1-3 business days to most metropolitan areas. Orders must be placed before 12pm AEST for same-day dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand and select countries in the Asia-Pacific region. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery times vary from 7-21 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our carrier partners: Australia Post, StarTrack, or DHL Express.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Items must be in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges for size or colour are free within Australia. We'll send your replacement item as soon as we receive your return. If the item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nxtshot.org. We'll cover all shipping costs for replacements or refunds on faulty items.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@nxtshot.org with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label for Australian addresses.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. All other sale items follow our standard 30-day return policy.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes within Australia via Australia Post. However, express shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@nxtshot.org with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
